Welcome to the Jammers Pro website terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing any order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the live chat below. We may change these terms from time to time. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.
Please fill in your shipping address on your profile. For drop ship orders, please fill in your billing address and your customer’s address as well. This is of utmost importance for drop shipping customers. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Important note: you MUST fill in your address and phone number for delivery purposes.
Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification an email from us. In this email, there should be tracking information for your packages as well as the link to check its status.
Some countries may need consignee to pay import customs duty. The rate depends on the country you’re importing into. We are only responsible export customs duty. It is not our responsibility to pay for import duty in the customer’s country. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
DHL and UPS always charge import duty with parcel value over $50. As always, please do not hesitate to contact us in case you need further information.
